5 Week Basic Obedience Group Class: Wednesday 5:00pm - 6:00pm DATES: October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, Nov, 1st RD Nov. 8th This class is designed to teach handlers how to train their dogs, helping them to develop control and have a positive relationship with their dog. Both You & Your Dog Will Be Students! -Ages 4 Months + (All dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations for their age) Yes older dogs can join this class -Classes Run Once A week, Same Day/Time For 5 Consecutive Weeks (Skip Major Holidays) -Small Class For Individualized Attention; Maximum 6 Dogs Per Class -Homework Booklet and Materials Will Be Given To Maximize Your Skills As An Owner And Help Achieve Your Goals At Your Own Pace. The First Class is without dogs, and is “Training For The Owners.” Please do NOT bring your dog. Instead please bring vet records, remaining balance and a lawn chair. You will learn about different types of dog training, how dogs learn, nutrition, keeping your dog mentally stimulated, the best collars/leashes to use and more! Training Focal Points Of This Class: -Basic Obedience/Basic Commands; Sit, Down, Drop It, Leave It, Stay, Release -Building Engagement and Attention / Have Your Dog Focus On You -Walking on a Loose Leash, No Pulling! -Polite Meetings with People, No Jumping -Coming When Called -Proper Socialization -Quiet / Stop Barking on Cue -Nutrition / Health / Stand for Clipping Nails and Grooming -Kids Safety And More! *For the Best Training Results, Less Class Interruptions & To Highly Succeed In The Class… A Private Lesson Is Highly Recommended and Will Be Required If Your Dog is Highly Disruptive. One Dog Price: $225 w/Private Lesson (Optional) $335 A $50 deposit is due at time of signing up. Class Deposits are non refundable.
