Agility Foundations + Fun - 4 Weeks Thursdays at 5:30pm Dates: October 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th Rain Date: Nov. 5th Ready to have fun while building your dog’s confidence and teamwork? Our Agility Foundations + Fun Class introduces dogs and their handlers to the exciting world of agility in a safe, supportive environment. This class focuses on confidence, body awareness, handler communication, and foundation agility skills rather than speed or competition. Your dog will be introduced to: the tunnel, low jumps, weave poles, table, small a-frame, and small cat walk. This class is open to dogs that have previously completed one of the following with Willow Creek Dog Training: • Basic Obedience Group Class • Private Lessons • Another Willow Creek Group Class Dogs must have a reliable understanding of: • Responding to their name or recall cue • Sit • Down • Wait Requirements: • Dogs must be friendly with both people and other dogs. • Dogs must be comfortable with the trainer briefly handling them when needed. • Dogs should be physically healthy and able to participate in light physical activity. This class is designed to be fun, build confidence, strengthen the bond between you and your dog, and introduce beginner agility obstacles and skills at your dog’s pace.
